Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, large

1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 can (10 ¾ ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 c sour cream

1 can (8 ounces) mushrooms (stems and pieces), drained

½ c water

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon chives, chopped

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY CHICKEN BAKE:

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Use cooking spray to lightly grease a 9 x 13-inches baking pan.

Step 3: Place the chicken breasts into the prepared pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mushrooms, water, onion powder, and chives in a bowl. Spoon this over the chicken breasts and sprinkle with paprika.

Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake the chicken breasts for an hour or until done, and the cream mixture is a bit browned. Or until the safe internal temperature of the chicken reads 165 degrees F.

Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and serve with your desired side dish.

Note:

Don’t add water to the sauce if you want the Creamy Chicken Bake thicker.
