salt and pepper

1 c Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 large eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

How to make Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: With salt and pepper, season with pork chops.

Step 3: In a shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Step 4: In beaten eggs, dip the pork chops, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5: In a heated cast-iron skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops to the skillet. Sear on both sides until golden brown.

Step 6: Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reads 140 degrees.

Step 7: Remove the chops from the oven and allow to rest for at least 3 minutes.

Step 8: Serve and enjoy!

Instead of pork, you can use thinly sliced chicken breasts. Cook the chicken until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
