FLUFFY EGGS RECIPE

I love this Fluffy Eggs recipe! All I need are three simple ingredients that I already have in my pantry, five if you are going to include the salt and pepper. For these fluffy eggs, all you need are your favourite grated cheese, such as cheddar cheese, eggs, and bread slices. This recipe is pretty simple, incredibly easy to throw together, and guarantees the most flavorful fluffy eggs you’ll ever make!

I love how this recipe incorporates scrambled eggs and poached eggs with sprinkles of cheese. Once you try this, you’ll never go back. A fair warning, these fluffy eggs are very addicting! It is perfect for a restaurant-quality breakfast, brunch, lunch, even snacks, or dinner. Pair this with a simple side salad for a quick meal any time of the day!

Ingredients

A handful of grated cheese of your choice – we use Cheddar cheese

4 eggs

Salt & Pepper to season

4 slices of bread

How to make Fluffy Eggs

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 190 degrees C (or Gas Mark 5).

Step 2: Separate the egg yolks and whites and place them in different bowls.

Step 3: Onto a baking tray, place the lightly toasted bread.

Step 4: Start whisking the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Step 5: Onto the 4 slices of the lightly toasted bread, spoon, and spread 3/4 of the egg whites mixture.

Step 6: Into wells, make the egg whites mixture, then pour the egg yolks into each well. If needed, sprinkle the yolk with salt and pepper.

Step 7: Cover the yolk with the remaining egg whites mixture.

Step 8: Over the egg whites mixture, sprinkle the grated cheese.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or a little longer if you do not want runny yolks.

Step 10: Serve these fluffy eggs right away. Enjoy!
