12 oz beer
1 c brown sugar
3 lb kielbasa
16 oz sauerkraut, drained well
HOW TO MAKE BEER & BROWN SUGAR KIELBASA:
Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the beer and brown sugar over medium heat. Cook until the sugar has melted and the mixture is a bit thick. Set aside.
Step 2: Put the sliced kielbasa in a slow cooker and top with the drained sauerkraut.
Step 3: And pour the beer and brown sugar mixture on top.
Step 4: Cook for about 4 to 6 hours on high or 8 to 10 hours on low.
Step 5: When done, serve over toasted hot dog buns. Enjoy!
