4 sweet potatoes medium size, long and thin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
How to make Baked Sweet Potato:
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Use parchment paper or foil to line a large baking sheet and set aside.
Step 3: Thoroughly wash the dry sweet potatoes and use a fork to poke holes in them.
Step 4: Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Gently rub onto the skin of the sweet potatoes making sure to coat the entire potatoes.
Step 5: Transfer the sweet potatoes to the prepared baking sheet and place inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and allow the potatoes to cool for at least 5 minutes before splitting them open. Top with your desired toppings and serve. Enjoy!
