I love this recipe so much! I am a huge fan of Pork Chops that I can eat it every day! I have tried a lot of recipes of chops but this has by far exceeded my expectations! You have got to give this recipe a try! My only advice to you is to be very generous with the amount of cheese that you are going to put. Just do it and thank me later! Also, feel free to add more ingredients if you feel like it. For example, if you want these bad boys to have a kick, try adding chilli powder. Oh, man, I have tried it already and it was amazing! Chilli takes this recipe to the next level! I almost forgot these chops are delicious to serve over fried rice. Yeah, that’s the best way to eat Pork Chops, with a nice tasting bowl of rice! 4 boneless pork chops, 1/2″ thick

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder


Step 1: On a clean plate, add the Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Rub olive oil all over the pork chops.

Step 3: Dip each pork chop into the seasoning. Make sure to coat the chops well.

Step 4: Apply cooking spray or line with tin foil a baking pan.

Step 5: Arrange the pork chops into the prepared pan.

Step 6: Place it inside the oven over 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the pork chops are done.

Step 7: Remove from the oven.

Step 8: Serve warm and enjoy!
