All Recipes Cake

2 pre-made, ready to roll pie crusts or Homemade All Butter Pie Crust

Apple Filling

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 large apples, peeled, cored and diced into 1/4-inch cubes

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp lemon juice

Crumble Topping

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/3 c flour

1/3 c brown sugar

1/3 c pecan halves, toasted

1/8 tsp salt

1 Egg

Whipped cream, ice cream, or caramel sauce for topping


Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in 24 mini muffin cups.

Step 3: Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 4: Add in the butter and allow it to melt.

Step 5: Add in the apples, cinnamon, salt, and brown sugar. Stir and cook for 10 minutes or until well combined.

Step 6: Add in the lemon juice and stir until well blended.

Step 7: Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool.

Step 8: In a medium mixing bowl, add in the flour, walnuts/pecans, butter, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed.

Step 9: Place the crust on a flat surface and roll it using a rolling pin. Make sure to flour the pin first.

Step 10: Cut the dough into 24 circles.

Step 11: Press each circle into the prepared muffin pans.

Step 12: Brush each top with egg wash.

Step 13: Top each muffin with crumble topping.

Step 14: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Step 15: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature.

Step 16: Top each cupcake with ice cream, whipped cream, or caramel sauce.

Step 17: Serve and enjoy!
